Jianwei Zhang received his bachelor degree in electrical engineering from the Northwest A&F University, Yangling, Shaanxi, China, in 2014. He received his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, in 2018. From 2015 to 2018, he has been working as a Casual Academic at the Faculty of Engineering and IT, UTS. In 2018, he joined the Inner Mongolia University of Technology (IMUT), Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, China. He is now an Associate Professor in College of Electric Power, IMUT. His research interests include control of power electronic converters, matrix converters, microgrids and AC motor drives.

主要从事电力电子与电力传动、控制、微电网以及电机驱动等方面的研究。
